AMERICAN BOTTOMS REGIONAL WASTEWATER TREATMENT FACILITY BID AB 200-25 SLUDGE LOADING & HAULING for DISPOSAL INVITATION TO BID Sealed bids to perform the SLUDGE LOADING & HAULING for DISPOSAL for American Bottoms Regional Wastewater Treatment Facility will be received at the office of American Bottoms Regional Wastewater Treatment Facility until Wednesday, November 12, 2025, at 10:00 am, local time. Bids received after said time will be returned unopened. The bids will be publicly opened at that same date and time. Copies of the Bid Documents may be obtained from American Bottoms Regional Wastewater Treatment Facility, One American Bottoms Road, Sauget, Illinois 62201, at no cost. Bid documents also will be available online at www.americanbottoms.com . The bids are to provide cost on a firm fixed price basis to load, haul, and dispose of dewatered sewage sludge for the American Bottoms Regional Wastewater Treatment Facility. The bidder must provide its own personnel and equipment for this service and provide final disposal of the hauled materials. The bidder must comply with the requirements specified in the Instructions to Bidders and all other requirements of the specifications. No bid may be withdrawn within ninety days after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids. The Village of Sauget, Illinois reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any irregularities therein. All bidders are required to pay Illinois Prevailing Rate of Hourly Wages to all drivers providing sludge hauling services.
