The applicant is proposing to construct a new boathouse measuring 40 feet long and 14 feet wide, as an addition to existing piers and boathouse structures totaling approximately 2,280 square feet, not including access piers, on Saint Louis Bay off N Beach Blvd, Bay St. Louis, Hancock County, Mississippi.
