NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Westworth Village Planning & Zoning Commission will hold public hearings and take action on 11/04/25 at 6PM on 1) a zoning application for 111 Montera Circle regarding artificial turf and 2) a proposed change the Comprehensive Zoning Plan to allow artificial turf in all residential zones with an approved permit, within specified conditions. The City Council will also hold public hearings and take action on the P&Z recommendations on both items at their meeting on 11/11/2025 at 7PM.
