NOTICE OF ORGANIZATIONAL & LANDOWNERS AND BOARD OF SUPERVISORS MEETING RANCHO GRANDE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT Notice is hereby given to all landowners within Rancho Grande Community Development District (the "District") is approximately a 21.34-acre residential development, bounded by SW 187 Avenue (Redland Road) on the east, SW 316 Street on the south, SW 189 Avenue on the west, and SW 312 Street (Campbell Drive) on the north located in Miami-Dade County ("County") Florida, advising that a meeting of landowners' will be held for the purpose of electing five [5] Supervisors. At said meeting each landowner or his proxy shall be entitled to cast one vote per acre of land owned by him and located within the District for each person to be elected. A fraction of an acre shall be treated as one acre. Immediately following the landowners meeting there will be convened a regular meeting of the Board of Supervisors for the purpose of considering certain organizational matters of the Board to include election of certain District officers, and other such business which may properly come before the Board. The meeting is open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida Law for Community Development Districts.
