MITIGATED NEGATIVE DECLARATION: NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT A MITIGATED NEGATIVE DECLARATION has been prepared by the City of Fresno Planning and Development Department resulting from an Initial Study and Environmental Assessment (EA) of the project described below: EA No. P23-01154: for Development Permit Application No. P23-01154 pertaining to a ±4.76-acre site located south of West Neilsen Avenue, between North Valentine Avenue and North Marks Avenue. The application proposes a truck repair facility, a new ±9,000 square-foot building, and a future 3,000 square foot office building as part of a future phase.
