Notice of Dissolution – M.J.K. Enterprises, Inc., an Idaho Corporation Notice is hereby given pursuant to Idaho Code § 30-29-1407 that M.J.K. Enterprises, Inc., an Idaho corporation, was dissolved effective October 07, 2025. Any persons having a claim against said company shall present the claim in writing by mailing to: M.J.K. Enterprises, Inc., Attn: Karla Rosa, 5625 Wildhorse Lane, Boise, ID 83712. Each claim must include: The name, address and phone number of the claimant, amount of said claim, a detailed explanation of the basis for the claim, along with documentation supporting said claim. The written claim must be signed by the claimant attesting to the validity of the claim. Any claim against M.J.K. Enterprise, Inc., if not earlier barred pursuant to other applicable law, will be barred pursuant to Idaho Code § 30-29-1407 unless a proceeding to enforce the claim is commenced within two (2) years after this notice is published.
