Proposed Franchise Area Legal Description: Beginning at the 304th Street East /106th Avenue East intersection common to Sections 3 and 10, Township 17 North, Range 4 East, Willamette Meridian, thence continuing Westerly about 8.3 miles along 304th Street East to the intersection with the Williams Northwest Pipeline, common to Sections 6 and 7, Township 17 North, Range 3 East, Willamette Meridian, and the end of said description.
