Public Notice Dawson Cherry has a pplied for a permit from South Carolina Department of Environmental Services Bureau of Coastal Management to build a new 161.26 linear foot timber marine retaining wall, 4' in height. The proposed retaining wall will extend no further than 18" from the verified critical area line. The purpose of the project is for erosion control at 28 Escamacu Circle, St. Helena Island, SC 29920.
