NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given by the South Carolina State Housing Finance and Development Authority (the "Authority") to all interested persons that a public hearing will be held regarding the proposed issuance by the Authority of its Multifamily Housing Revenue Bonds (Willowbrook at Wateree) (the "Bonds"), in the maximum principal amount of $17,000,000. The Bonds are intended to be issued as qualified exempt facility bonds for qualified residential rental projects under Section 142(a)(7) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended. The Authority will lend the proceeds of the Bonds to Willowbrook at Wateree, LLC, a South Carolina limited liability company (the "Housing Sponsor"), to provide construction and permanent financing for a portion of the costs of acquisition and construction of the multifamily rental housing facilities to be known as Willowbrook at Wateree, consisting of approximately 102 rental units and related facilities, and to be located at 116 Willowbrook Drive in the unincorporated area of Richland County, State of South Carolina (the "Project"). The Project will be owned by the Housing Sponsor. The public hearing will be conducted telephonically on Wednesday, October 22, 2025 at 9:30 a.m., eastern time, and the public will not be able to attend in person. All persons who intend to express their views for or against the proposed issuance of Bonds, the nature of the financing, or the approval of the issuance of the Bonds must contact the Authority, not less than 24 hours prior to the public hearing, via email to LeeAnn.Watson@schousing.com to inform the Authority of your intent to do so. Those who participate in the public hearing will be permitted to address the Authority regarding the financing or the Bonds.
