The Board of County Commissioners will hold a public hearing on October 21, 2025, at 10:30 a.m., or as close thereto as possible, relating to the following 2024 Comprehensive Plan and Development Regulations Final Docket amendment proposals(s). Any interested person may comment on this application, receive notice, and participate in any hearings and request a copy of the decision.
1. ZCA24-01– RV amendments for Livestock Trailer Sales and Service uses Applicant: Gary Aichele | Representative: Andrew Levins, Van Ness Feldman Amend Walla Walla County Code (WWCC) Chapter 17.08.312 – Definitions to make 'RV sales, storage and service' an allowed accessory use to the Livestock Trailer Sales and Service use classification.
2. County Initiated Code Amendments. Proposed amendments to: Title 14, Development Code Administration, WWCC Section 17.08.015 Accessory Dwelling Unit, Section 17.08.179 – Family Daycare and addition of "Nonagricultural accessory use" as a new definition and land use classification in Section 17.16.014 – Permitted Uses Table.
