Bid Advertisement Secondary Treatment SBR System RFP Bid No. 11062025 Bids Due: November 6, 2025 The Port of Morrow requests Proposals for a Sequencing Batch Reactor (SBR) Secondary System to provide ac tivated sludge biological secondary treatment of anaerobic digester effluent at the Port of Morrow Industrial Wastewater Treatment Plant. (IWWTP). Digital Proposals, following Section 004000, will be accepted until 2:30 PM Pacific Time on November 6, 2025 "Proposal Closing Time." Proposals received after the deadline will not be accepted. At that time, they will be publicly opened. A Pre-Proposal Conference will not be held. All questions regarding the Proposal Documents shall be submitted in writing to the BUYER at least 10 days prior to the deadline for submitting proposals. Oral statements may not be relied upon and will not be binding or legally effective. The Port of Morrow reserves the right to award or reject for good cause, any or all bids, or to postpone the award of the contract upon finding that it is in the public interest to do so. Each bid must contain a statement as to whether the bidder is a resident bidder, as defined in ORS 279a.120.
