You may also participate in the DCISC's public meeting in real-time by accessing the Zoom webinar meeting via the weblink or meeting ID given below or by using any of the phone numbers provided. Afternoon Session - (10/22/2025) - 1:15 p.m. Committee member comments; receive public comments and communications to the Committee; reports by Committee Technical Consultants on and approval of fact finding visits conducted on July 21-22, August 12-13 and September 16-17, 2025; and review of the Minutes of June 10-11, 2025 public meeting. 3. Evening Session - (10/22/2025) - 5:00 p.m. Committee member comments; receive report on the results and the continuing work of the Committee Seismic Review Team, Drs. Jordan, Marshall and Oskin, to review matters concerning the seismic hazard at the DCPP site and environs; and receive public comments and communications to the Committee. 4. Morning Session - (10/23/2025) - 9:00 a.m. Committee member comments; further discussion of future DCISC actions, initiatives, or recommendations based on the results and continuing work of the Seismic Review Team; update by the San Luis Obispo County Office of Emergency Services Nuclear Power Plant Program Manager on County emergency services activities, local nuclear emergency planning and the County's relationship with DCPP; review of Committee Open Items List and report on status of Committee recommendations, and consider engagement of Committee Technical Consultants. 5. Afternoon Session - (10/23/2025) - 1:15 p.m. Committee member comments; receive public comments and communications to the Committee; receive informational presentations requested by the Committee of PG&E related to plant safety and operations, including (3) State of the Plant including organizational changes, activities, power history, equipment issues, human performance issues, status of preparations for refueling outage 2R25 and other station activities since the DCISC's June 2025 public meeting, (4) report on decisions made and the bases for reducing Unit 2 power in response to local wildfires in July and August 2025; Committee discussion on the status of governmental agency interactions, administrative, funding and regulatory matters, consideration of Committee Policy on Response to DCPP emergencies, and consideration of approval of the Committee's 35th Annual Report on the Safety of DCPP Operations for the period July 1, 2024 – June 30, 2025, recognition of the service of former DCISC Member Dr. Robert J. Budnitz, and wrap-up discussion by Committee members and confirmation of future site visits, study sessions and public meetings.
