Affordable Housing Advisory Committee Meeting
October 29, 2025, at 10:00 a.m.
The City of Miami Affordable Housing Advisory Committee (AHAC) will conduct a public meeting at City Hall, Commission Chambers, 3500 Pan American Drive, Miami, FL 33133, on October 29, 2025, at 10:00 a.m., to discuss items related to general business, policies, and to provide the public an opportunity to comment on funding amendments affecting the City's Annual Action Plan for U.S. HUD & other city-funded programs. At the meeting on WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 29, 2025, at 10:00 A.M., the AHAC will discuss items related to general business and policies and provide the public an opportunity to comment on funding amendments affecting the City's Annual Action Plan for U.S. HUD & other City-funded programs. The approval by the AHAC, related to the proposed amendment(s), authorizes the City Manager to draft/amend the appropriate City of Miami Annual Action Plan. Certain item(s) may be available for public comment and review for a period of no less than 15 days. The review and comment period begins on
October 14, 2025, and ends on October 29, 2025. The proposed amendment(s) will be presented to the AHAC for approval on October 29, 2025. Draft copies will be available at the City of Miami, Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD), located at 444 SW 2nd Ave., 9th Floor, Miami, FL 33130. Comments to amendment(s) may also be submitted in writing to the HCD address, Attn: Patricia Rueda, and must be received no later than October 29, 2025.
