View original fileNOTICE OF LANDOWNERS’ MEETING AND REGULAR MEETING
BEACON LAKES COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT Notice is hereby given to all landowners within the Beacon Lakes Community Development District (“District”), for lands generally described as located in Sections 35 and 36, Township 53S, Range 39E, in Miami-Dade County containing 522 acres as depicted in the map below.
P ursuant to Section 190.006, F.S., the District will hold a meeting of the landowners of prop- erty located within the District, for the purpose of electing three (3) members of the Board of Supervisors.
Date: Wednesday, November 5, 2025 Time: 9:00 a.m. Place: 8355 N.W. 12th Street Doral, Florida 33126 Each landowner may vote in person or by written proxy. Proxy forms may be ob- tained upon request at the Offices of the District Manager, Inframark, Community Manage- ment Services, 11555 Heron Bay Boulevard, Suite 201, Coral Springs, Florida 33076, (954) 603-0033. At said meeting each landowner or his proxy shall be entitled to cast one vote per acre of land owned by landowner and located within the District for each person to be elected. A fraction of an acre shall be treated as one acre.
Immediately following the landowners’ meeting there will be convened the regular meeting of the Board of Supervisors for the purpose of considering certain organizational mat- ters of the Board to include election of certain District officers and other such business which may properly come before the Board. Copies of the agenda for the Board of Supervisors Meeting may be obtained by contacting the District Manager’s office. Both the landowners’ election and regular Board of Supervisor meeting are open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida Law for Community Development Districts. The meetings may be continued to a date, time and location to be specified on the record at the meetings without further publication of notice.
There may be occasions when one or more Supervisors will participate via tele- phone. Any interested person can attend the meetings at the above location and be fully informed of the discussions taking place. Pursuant to provisions of the Americans with Dis- abilities Act, any person requiring special accommodations to participate in this hearing is asked to contact the District Office at (954) 603-0033, at least 48 hours before the hearing. Each person who decides to appeal any action taken at these meetings is advised that person will need a record of the proceedings and that accordingly, the person may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, including the testimony and evidence upon which such appeal is to be based.
