Iredell-Statesville Schools New Parkertown Elementary School Request for Prequalification J.M. Cope, Inc. has been selected as the Construction Manager at Risk by Iredell-Statesville Schools and will accept 1st-Tier specialty trade contractors' prequalification application for the new Parkertown Elementary School until Friday, October 31, 2025, at 5:00pm. The project scope of work includes the new construction of an 87,156 SF building situated on a 29-acre green site located at 218 Parkertown Rd. Mooresville, NC 28115. Onsite Sitework components include minor site demolition, clearing, erosion control, mass excavation, grading, stormwater, asphalt paving, curb & gutter, pavement markings & signage, domestic water, and private septic system. Offsite roadway improvements, signalization, and extension of main water line is included in the project scope. All site electric, including the generator and main switch gear, is included in this package.
