Notice of Proposed Tentative Parcel Map A public hearing will be held by the Planning Commission of the City of Modesto at 6:00 pm on Monday, November 3, 2025 in the Council Chambers at 1010 10th Street Modesto CA 95354, regarding the application of Peter Moua for a Tentative Subdivision Map to subdivide one existing 85,065 square foot lot into seven independent lots, located in the Low Density Residential (R-1) Zone on property bound by Scenic Drive to the North and Dry Creek Regional Park to the South at 2432 Scenic Drive APN (033-022-009) Project number PLAN2025-00098, CEQA: The proposed Tentative Parcel Map is categorically exempt from review under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), pursuant to Section 15332, "Infill". All persons interested are invited to attend the public hearing at the above time and place in person and will be given the opportunity to be heard.
