ARCADE CREEK RECREATION AND PARK DISTRICT INVITATION FOR CONTRACTOR REGISTRATION FOR CALIFORNIA UNIFORM PUBLIC CONSTRUCTION COST ACCOUNTING ACT "CUPCCAA" Notice is hereby given that the Arcade Creek Recreation and Park District (the "District") is registered to participate in the California Uniform Public Construction Cost Accounting Act (CUPCCAA), "the Act." Public projects, as defined by the Act and in accordance with the limits listed in Section 22032 of the Public Contract Code, will be let to contract by informal procedures as set forth in Sections 22032-22045 of the Public Contract Code. All licensed contractors are invited to submit their information to the District for inclusion in the District's updated list of qualified bidders for the remainder of calendar year 2025 and the 2026 calendar year. Interested Contractors are required to complete and submit to the District the "Arcade Creek Recreation and Park District Contractor's Registration Application", which is available by contacting Heather Steer, District Consultant, heather@zurialliance.com.
