LEGAL NOTICE IDEA Public Schools invites qualified firms to submit a CM At-Risk proposal for construction services of a new IDEA school in Dallas, Texas. The proposed Project includes renovation of an existing classroom building (approximately 110,000SF), including demolition, construction of cafeteria and full-service kitchen in an existing building, and related work on approximately 11.85 gross acres of site, located on Red Bird Center Dr., in Dallas, Texas. The estimated cost of construction is $14.5 million dollars. The Owner will receive Proposals until Tuesday, October 22nd at 11:30AM local time via email to adelouche@pmsitx.com with a copy to ttheisen@grace-design.com. Proposals shall be clearly named "CM At-Risk Proposal for IDEA AW Brown" and will be publicly announced virtually via Microsoft Teams meeting. IDEA will receive, evaluate, and rank each submittal. Proposals received after the date and time for receipt of proposals may not receive consideration and may be returned unopened. IDEA Public Schools reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids, to waive technicalities, to re-advertise or to proceed in the best interest of the school.
