Dock Permit Smithbuilt LLC. as agent for Chad St. Onge has applied to the SC Department of Environmental Service Bureau of Coastal Management To remove the existing dock. To build a new dock with a 4' x 22' walkway leading to a 16' x 16' covered pierhead, 4' x 24' ramp, 10' x 20' floating dock, and 9' x 20' floating boat storage structure. To install 65 linear feet of rip-rap rock revetment, approximately 10' tall, no further than 18" from the verified critical area line. The purpose of the dock is for private and recreational use. The purpose of the rip-rap rock revetment is for erosion control on Rock Springs Creek in Beaufort County at 15 Spring Knob Circle, Beaufort SC 29907.
