Beginning at a found 1" pipe at the Northwest corner of the Northeast 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of said Section, Township and Range; thence run North 89 degrees 57' 33" E 308.33 feet to a set ½" diameter iron pin; thence run South 63 degrees 40' 57" West 51.38 feet to a set ½" diameter iron pin; thence run South 88 degrees 27' 25" West 272.41 feet to a set ½" diameter iron pin; thence run North 09 degrees 30' 41" West 30.18 feet to a set ½" diameter iron pin; thence run North 89 degrees 29' 03" East 15.00 feet back to the Point of Beginning.

Commencing at a fence post at the apparent Southwest corner of the Southwest 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 5, Township 6 South, Range 7 West, Jackson County, Mississippi, thence North 00 degrees 05' 58" West 440.08 feet to an iron rod and the Point of Beginning; thence North 89 degrees 54' 02" East 204.86 feet to an iron rod, thence North 00 degrees 05' 58" West 168.09 feet to an iron rod on the new Highway 57 right of way, thence along said right of way North 49 degrees 02' 30" West 91.54 feet to an iron rod, thence South 40 degrees 57' 30" West 60.00 feet to an iron rod thence North 49 degrees 02' 30" West 127.88 feet to an iron rod, thence South 00 degrees 05' 58" East 266. 97 feet to the Point of Beginning.
Said parcel contains 43,473 square feet or 1.00 acres. Bearings based on CPS Observation, NAD 83, Mississippi East Zone convergence angle -0.130449, scale factor 0.999960 per survey by Gary A. Durbin, PLS, dated December 22, 2022.
You have been made a Defendant in the suit filed in this Court by JAMES DOUGLAS GRIFFITH, Plaintiffs, seeking to confirm title to the above referenced real property. The Defendant other than you in this action is ROBERT WAYNE FAIRLEY AND BARBARA A. FAIRLEY.
