NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE CITY OF ROCK HILL COMPREHENSIVE PLAN The City Council for the City of Rock Hill, South Carolina, will hold a public hearing at 6:00 p.m. on Monday, November 10th, 2025, at the City Hall Council Chambers. At the public hearing, citizens will have the opportunity to provide input on the adoption of the Comprehensive Plan's 5-Year Review. The Comprehensive Plan for Rock Hill, and the Future Land Use Map, as recommended by the Planning Commission for adoption by Council pursuant to SC Code Section 6-29-530. Copies of the document are available for public inspection during normal business hours at the City of Rock Hill Planning & Development Department, 155 Johnston Street, Suite 300, Rock Hill, SC 29731.
