City of Gulfport Request for Qualifications for Engineering Services Legal Notice The City of Gulfport intends to employ individuals and/or qualified firms to represent the City of Gulfport by providing Professional Engineering Services on an as needed basis. Services will include, but are not limited to preliminary engineering reports, design, environmental and surveying services, construction engineering and inspection, project/grant management and other tasks that may become necessary during the process. Upon selection, negotiation, and execution of the Engineering Master Service Agreement, the City of Gulfport anticipates the duration of the consultant's agreement to be approximately four (4) years, executing the said agreement on or about November 2025. Consulting engineering firms interested in providing these services may so indicate by furnishing the City of Gulfport one (1) original and one (1) copy plus a digital version of their Qualifications in accordance with the attached "Request for Qualifications – Professional Engineering Services for the Engineering Master Services Agreement" packet. The City of Gulfport will evaluate the Qualifications in accordance with the attached "Request for Qualifications – Professional Engineering Services for the Engineering Master Services Agreement" packet. The City of Gulfport reserves the right to select one (1) or more consultants or select a short list of consultants from whom more information will be required. The City of Gulfport reserves the right to reject any and all Qualifications and/or to discontinue agreement execution with any party at any time prior to final agreement execution.
