Separate bids will be accepted for the homes located at: - 396 E. Linden St. - 2905 S. Utter St. - 317 E. Gettysburg St. A pre-bid to view the homes will be held on October 15, 2025 at 2:00 pm. Meet at the home located at 396 E. Linden St. Please note, only the residential home structures are being sold, and each house will need to be removed from the property by the purchaser(s).
