NOTICE TO COLLEGE TOWNSHIP RESIDENTS At the October 21st meeting of the College Township Planning Commission, a subdivision and land development plan, known as Sam's Club Traffic Flow Preliminary/Final Land Development Plan will be presented formally for review and comment. This plan is presently in the planning and development stages; public comment is welcome at this meeting. A copy of the preliminary plan and narrative prepared by the developer is available for public inspection at the College Township Municipal Building during regular business hours. The meeting will be held at the College Township Municipal Building at 1481 East College Avenue, State College, Pennsylvania 16801, starting at 7:00 PM.
