CITY OF PASCO REQUEST FOR Proposals FOR UTILITY BILL PRINTING & MAILING SERVICES The City of Pasco, Washington, (City) Finance Department is soliciting Proposals from qualified Vendors for providing high quality utility bill printing and mailing services for its utility bills at a competitive price. The complete RFP and full scope of work can be obtained on the City's website at https://www.pasco-wa.gov/Bids.aspx beginning Wednesday, October 8, 2025, at 10:00 am. It is the sole responsibility of the Vendor to obtain any RFP updates or addenda from the City's website. Responses shall be submitted electronically. One electronic copy, including attachments, shall be transmitted to Samantha McCanse, Management Analyst I, at mccanses@pasco-wa.gov. Email Subject shall be: 'RFP – UB PRINTING & MAILING SERVICES with a maximum size of 20mb. The due date is Wednesday, October 29, 2025, no later than 2:00 pm. Technical questions regarding the scope of this project should be put in writing and directed to Samantha McCanse at mcanses@pasco-wa.gov no less than three (3) working days prior to the time that submittals are due.
