Public Notice Per Section 24 CFR 983.51(d) of the Federal Register and the adopted 2025 Administrative Plan for the Housing Authority of the City of Fresno, CA, an award of up to sixty-three (63) Project Based Vouchers at Davu Village was announced at the April 22, 2025 meeting of the Boards of Commissioners. The Davu Village complex is located at 1075 N. Warren Ave, Fresno CA 93728 in the City of Fresno, California. The site is a currently vacant 1.9-acre parcel (APN 449-270-56T), which will be developed with a total of sixty-three (63) multifamily residential apartment units. The site will be owned by a limited partnership in which the Housing Authority of the City of Fresno, California and/or its affiliates will be a General Partner.
