STATE OF GEORGIA BIBB COUNTY Advertisement of Judicial In Rem Tax Foreclosure Under O.C.G.A. § 48-4-75, et seq. NOTICE RE: Tax Map/Route No.: M103-0084 Property Address: 4371 Pinedale Drive, Macon, Georgia Recorded Title Vested In: Desmond Blair Taxpayers: Desmond Blair In Rem File No.: 12743-478 LEGAL DESCRIPTION All that tract or parcel of land situated, lying and being in the City of Macon, Bibb County, Georgia and known as Lot 606, Groveland Park Subdivision, Sixth Section according to a plat of said subdivision recorded in Plat Book 36, Folio 45 of the Clerk's Office of Bibb Superior Court. Said lot having such size, shape and dimensions as shown on the aforesaid plat to which reference is hereby made for a more complete and accurate description. There are improvements located thereon known under the present system of numbering as 4371 Pinedale Drive, Macon, Georgia. Being the same property described in a deed dated July 15, 2022, and recorded in Deed Book 11656, Pages 97-100, Clerk's Office, Bibb County, Georgia Records. Together with all rights, title, and interest running with the above-described property but not taxed under a separate tax reference number as delineated on the tax maps of the petitioner for the year(s) for which the taxes are being foreclosed. On October 1, 2025 a petition was filed in Bibb County Superior Court seeking foreclosure of the ad valorem tax liens for the years 2021 through 2025 that consist of $5,548.58 Principal tax, $988.04 Interest, $730.40 penalties, $97.50 other fees, and $2,750.00 collection costs, for a total delinquency of $10,114.52.
