The subject property, Assessor's Parcel Number 023-271-001-000, comprises approximately 2.46 acres and is currently zoned RA-B-43 (Residential Agricultural, combining a minimum Building Site of 1.0 acre) and is located at 3463 Baseline Road in the unincorporated Roseville area. The Parcel Review Committee Chair will also consider a finding of Categorical Exemption in accordance with Section 15315 of the California Environmental Quality Act Guidelines and 18.36.170 (Class 15 – Minor Land Divisions) of the Placer County Code.
