NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PLACER COUNTY PARCEL REVIEW COMMITTEE WHERE: Planning Commission Hearing Room, 3091 County Center Drive, Auburn, CA 95603 WHEN:October 23, 2025 at 10:00 AM or as soon thereafter SUBJECT: PLN21-00418-EOT001, Appajodu Minor Land Division – Extension of Time, Categorical Exemption, Supervisorial District 1 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Parcel Review Committee will conduct a public hearing at the above place and time to consider a request from the property owner, Phani Appajodu, for approval of a two-year Extension of Time for a previously-approved Tentative Parcel Map for the Appajodu Minor Land Division (PLN21-00418-EOT001) allowing for the subdivision of a 2.46-acre parcel into two parcels consisting of 1.46 acres (Parcel A) and 1 acre (Parcel B). The subject property, Assessor's Parcel Number 023-271-001-000, comprises approximately 2.46 acres and is currently zoned RA-B-43 (Residential Agricultural, combining a minimum Building Site of 1.0 acre) and is located at 3463 Baseline Road in the unincorporated Roseville area. The Parcel Review Committee Chair will also consider a finding of Categorical Exemption in accordance with Section 15315 of the California Environmental Quality Act Guidelines and 18.36.170 (Class 15 – Minor Land Divisions) of the Placer County Code.
