Legal Notice The Borough of State College will receive sealed proposals in the Office of the Borough Manager on Nov. 5, 2025, at 11:00 am prevailing time for: Engineering Services: Parking Structures All proposals shall be sealed and plainly marked on the outside: "Engineering Services: Parking Structures Engineering services and Construction Management," addressed and delivered to: Borough of State College 243 South Allen Street State College, PA 16801 Attn: Thomas J. Fountaine II, Borough Manager Proposals must be received by 11:00 a.m. prevailing time on Nov. 5, 2025, at which time they will be publicly opened and a summary statement for each will be read aloud. Each firm shall be responsible for delivery of proposals to the proper office on time. The State College Borough shall not be responsible for proposals that are mismarked, delivered to the wrong place, or delayed in delivery or in the mail. State College Borough reserves the rights to accept or reject any or all proposals and hold all proposals for a period of ninety (90) days.
