City of Olympia Rental Rehabilitation Project The City of Olympia is requesting bids from qualified general contractors for the Rental Rehabilitation Project at 1024 Prospect Avenue NE, which includes siding replacement, window replacement, exterior painting, concrete repairs, and installation of ductless mini-split heat pumps.
