NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE SALE UNDER POWER BIBB COUNTY, GEORGIA THIS IS AN ATTEMPT TO COLLECT A DEBT. ANY INFORMATION OBTAINED WILL BE USED FOR THAT PURPOSE. Under and by virtue of the Power of Sale contained in a Security Deed given by Earnestine M. Bivins to SunTrust Bank dated January 5, 2001 and recorded on January 9, 2001 in Deed Book 4824, Page 18, Bibb County, Georgia Records, and later assigned to Georgia Housing and Finance Authority by Assignment of Security Deed recorded on June 27, 2001 in Deed Book 3211, Page 242, Bibb County, Georgia Records, conveying the after-described property to secure a Note in the original principal amount of Fifty-One Thousand Five Hundred Ninety-Two And 00/100 Dollars ($51,592.00), with interest thereon as set forth therein, there will be sold at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the United Building in Central City Park at 206 7th Street of Bibb County, Georgia, within the legal hours of sale on November 4, 2025 the following described property: All that tract or parcel of and lying and being in Macon, Bibb County, Georgia, in Land Lot 108 and Land Lot 109, of the 4th Land District and known as Lot 3, Block "D" of Pinefield Subdivision, Section III, according to a map and plat of said Pinefield Subdivision recorded in the Clerk's Office of Bibb Superior Court in Plat Book 36, Folio 18, which said map and plat is made a part hereof by reference thereto. There is s dwelling on said property under the present Bibb County Numbering System as 5019 Pinefield Drive. Subject, however, to all valid easements, restrictions, and rights of way of record. This being the same property that was conveyed to Donald O. Bailey by Warranty Deed dated December 17, 1970, recorded in Deed Book 1109, Page 363, Clerk's Office, Bibb Superior Court. Tax ID #: L094-0084 The debt secured by said Security Deed has been and is hereby declared due because of, among other possible events of default, failure to pay the indebtedness as and when due and in the manner provided in the Note and Security Deed. The debt remaining in default, this sale will be made for the purpose of paying the same and all expenses of this sale, as provided in Security Deed and by law, including attorney's fees (notice of intent to collect attorney's fees having been given).
