REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS The City of Colleyville is seeking proposals from qualified website design and content management firms to redesign and host the City's existing website (www.colleyville.com). The project includes content management software (CMS), conversion, installation, training, ongoing support, development, and inclusion of interior/department micro/sub-sites in accordance with the Request for Proposals (RFP) posted on http://www.civcastusa.com. Proposals will be accepted until 2:00 PM on November 18, 2025. This RFP provides firms with the necessary information to prepare and submit their proposals for consideration. The CivCast website will allow firms to ask questions regarding this RFP, and the City to issue any addenda. It is the sole responsibility of all interested firms, whether they have received digital downloads or paper copies of the RFP, to periodically check for Addenda posted on the Civcast USA website.
