NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED FINANCING BY BOALSBURG FIRE COMPANY NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Boalsburg Fire Company , Boalsburg, Centre County, PA will meet on October 14, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. at the fire station located at 113 East Pine St, Boalsburg, PA 16827 for the purpose of holding a public hearing pursuant to the requirements of Sec. 147(f) of the IRS Code of 1986 as amended on a proposal that the Issuer enter into an agreement in order to finance certain equipment. The equipment to be financed consists of One (1) Pierce Velocity Heavy Duty Rescue Fire Truck to be located at 113 East Pine St, Boalsburg, PA. To finance costs of such equipment and to pay costs and expenses incidental to the financing, the Issuer proposes to enter into a loan contract in the maximum aggregate principal amount not to exceed $1,403,588.00. The Issuer will be required to pay all taxes on the equipment. The Contract Payments due pursuant to the loan Contract will be secured by a security interest in the equipment. All persons interested may appear and be heard at said time and place or may file written comments with the Boalsburg Fire Company prior to the hearing set forth heretofore.
