ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS CENTRE COUNTY RECYCLING AND REFUSE AUTHORITY PAVEMENT REHABILITATION PROJECT Bids for the construction of the Project will be received electronically via the PennBid Program by the Centre County Recycling and Refuse Authority until 1:00 pm local time, Friday, October 24, 2025. After bid opening, a public notice will be issued via PennBid containing any available bid results. It should be noted that bid results are subject to further review and should not be construed as issuance of an award. All project documents are available at no cost via the PennBid Program (https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com). A mandatory pre-bid conference and site walk for the Project will be held at 10:00 am local time on Monday, October 13, 2025 at 253 Transfer Road, Bellefonte, Pennsylvania 16823. Attendees shall assemble at the project site. Bids will not be accepted from bidders who do not attend the mandatory pre-bid conference. Bid security in the amount of 10% of the total bid shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The Centre County Recycling and Refuse Authority hereby reserves the right, which is understood and agreed to by all bidders, to refuse and reject any or all bids submitted, to waive any informalities or technicalities, and to act in its own best interest.
