The Macon-Bibb County Planning & Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing Monday, November 10, 2025, at 1:30 p.m. in the conference room located in the offices of the Macon-Bibb County Planning & Zoning Commission at 3661 Eisenhower Parkway, Macon, Georgia. The purpose of the hearing is to review zoning applications as well as to give interested persons the opportunity to be heard regarding specific items under review. Anyone wishing to address the Commission must register on forms provided at the hearing. There will be an administrative meeting held on the same day and at the same location at 12:30 p.m.
Any significant updates or last-minute changes to the hearing or its schedule will be emailed to applicants, agents & registered participants. Information about the applications on the agenda is available by visiting www.MBPZ.org or by contacting MBPZ staff at Info@mbpz.org or at (478) 241-2554.

1:30 pm: Zoning Hearing
Public Hearing: The Macon Bibb County Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public meeting regarding the Comprehensive Land Development plan. The purpose of this hearing is to brief the community on the process to be used to develop the plan, opportunities for public participation in development of the plan, and to obtain input on the proposed planning process. Once public comments have been addressed, the community may begin the process of developing the plan. This meeting is the initial meeting as required by O.C.G.A. 110-12-1-.04(1)(a).
