NOTICE OF DETERMINATION OF NONSIGNIFICANCE (Non-Project) Bethel School District – 2035-3031 Capital Facilities Plan The Bethel School District issued a Non-Project Determination on Non-Significance (DNS) on October 7, 2025 under the State Environmental Policy Act Rules (Chapter 197-11-WAC) for the of the 2025-2031 Capital Facilities Plan to account for Bethel School District projects completed and new projects identified resulting from growth, land acquisitions, adopted level of service standards and a financial plan. After review of the completed non-project environmental checklist and other information on file with the agency, the Bethel School District has determined this proposal will not have a probable significant adverse impact on the environment.
