Convene the 2025 Miami-Dade County Value Adjustment Board Initial Certification meeting. II. Approve meeting minutes from the previous VAB meeting. III. Hear from the public if anyone wishes to speak. IV. Discuss VAB petition filing fees for the 2026 VAB hearing season and beyond. V. Initial certification of the 2025 unadjusted tax rolls under Section 193.122(1), Florida Statutes (i.e., unadjusted by subsequent VAB changes). VI.
