T H I S I S A N I N - P E R S O N M E E T I N G APPLICANT: MARIA T. HERNANDEZ Z2023000261 The application seeks to allow an existing single-family residence to be located closer to the rear and interior side property lines, and for the residence to occupy more area on the lot than permitted by code. (1) NON-USE VARIANCE to permit the existing single-family residence to setback a minimum of 4.37’ (15’ required for 50% of the lineal footage of the width of the house and 25’ required for the balance) from the rear (south) property line and to setback a minimum of 0.64’ (7.5’ required) from the interior side (east) property line. The application also seeks to allow less parking for the proposed facility, and to allow parking areas to be located closer than 25 feet from the right of way. (1) Unusual Use to permit a composting facility. (2) NON-USE VARIANCE to permit 9 parking spaces (15 parking spaces required). (3) NON-USE VARIANCE to permit parking areas within 25’ of the official rights-of-way (not permitted). Z2025000047 The application is to allow existing additions to a single-family residence to be located closer to the interior side property line than required by Code. NON-USE VARIANCE to permit existing additions to a single-family residence to setback 3’ (7.5’ required) from the interior side (west) property line.
