View original filePUBLIC NOTICE SUBSTANTIAL COMPLIANCE ADVERTISEMENT
Pursuant to Section 33-310.1. A(I) of the Code of Miami-Dade County, the Assistant Director of the Department of Regulatory and Economic Resources has approved the following Substantial Compliance Determination:
D2025000019: Substantial Compliance Determination for TPG AG EHC III (LEN) Multi State 2, LLC, for a property located at 35655 SW 192nd Avenue, in unincorporated Miami-Dade County, Florida. Plans entitled: “CENTURY PARK VILLAS NORTH”, prepared by Pascual Perez Kiliddjian Starr, Architects + Planners, consisting of thirty-five (35) sheets dated stamped received July 16, 2025; civil plans prepared by Hadonne Engineering and Planning, consisting of six (6) sheets dated stamped received July 16, 2025; and landscaping plans prepared by Witkin Hults + Partners, consisting of nine (9) sheets dated stamped received July 16 , 2025; for a total of fifty (50) sheets, were found to be substantially in accordance by the Department of Regulatory and Economic Resources with previous plans approved pursuant to Resolution No. Z-54-23, passed and adopted by Board of County Commissioners Miami-Dade County, Florida on November 16, 2023.
Any property owner in the area may appeal a decision by filing an appeal of an administrative decision application on or before November 11, 2025.
