Lees Summit, MO 64063. The project consists of a ground up building of approximately 5,691 SF with associated site and exterior building improvements. Scopes of work include but are not limited to: Site Demolition, Final Clean, Surveying, Concrete, Masonry, Steel, Carpentry, Casework and Tops, Roofing, Insulation, Joint Sealants, Sheet Metal, Doors/Frames/Hardware, Overhead Doors, Glazing, Flooring/Tile, Framing and Drywall, Acoustical Ceilings, Painting, Accessories, Pre-engineered Metal Building, Fire Suppression, Plumbing, Mechanical, Electrical, Earthwork, Asphalt, Landscaping, Site Utilities, Low Voltage, and Commissioning. There will be no formal site walk as this is a green field site. RFIs will be due to Forge Construction by noon on 10/06/25.
