Ordinance NO. ORD-30-25 BY THE COUNCIL CORLESS, HALLYBURTON, MORALES, NASH, STEAD AND WILLITS. AN ORDINANCE (ZOA23-00010) AMENDING THE HARRIS RANCH SPECIFIC PLAN 2007 VOLUME 1, AS IMPLEMENTED BY TITLE 11, CHAPTER 07, SECTION 01, TO MODIFY CERTAIN BLOCKS, BLOCK PROTOTYPES, AND STREET SECTIONS ASSOCIATED WITH THE VILLAGE CENTER AND VILLAGE GREEN BLOCKS; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, on December 11, 2007, the city of Boise City by Ordinance No.6626 adopted the Harris Ranch Specific Plan Volume I and II and amended Boise City Code Title 11 to include the Harris Ranch Specific Plan District; and, WHEREAS, on July 1, 2024, following a public hearing, the Planning and Zoning Commission for the city of Boise City recommended approval of ZOA23-00010, Amendment 7.1 to the Harris Ranch Specific Plan; and, WHEREAS, on May 13, 2025, the Boise City Council, following a public hearing, approved adoption of ZOA23-00010, Amendment 7.1 to the Harris Ranch Specific Plan, with the amendments and modifications annotated and shown in Exhibit B, attached hereto and incorporated herein. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOISE CITY, IDAHO: Section 1. That the Harris Ranch Specific Plan Volume I, as implemented by Boise City Code, Title 11, Chapter 07, Section 01 is hereby repealed and replaced by Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated herein. Section 2. That this Ordinance shall be in effect immediately upon its passage, approval, and publication. ADOPTED by the Council of Boise City, Idaho, on September 30, 2025.
