Public Notice Windmill Harbor Association has applied to the South Carolina Department of Environmental Services Bureau of Coastal Management for a permit to construct a community dock to replace the existing community dock for private use at 11 Reef Club Dr, Hilton Head Island, South Carolina on and adjacent to Calibogue Sound. The proposed dock will consist of a 261' long by 6' wide dock walkway with handrails, 15'x16' fixed pierhead, a 20'x35' floating dock, 9'x13' EZ dock kayak dock, and a 6'x25' aluminum gangway. The purpose of this dock is to provide recreational water access to the Windmill Harbour community.
