SUMMARY OF ORDINANCE NO. 52-821 On September 23, 2025, the governing body of the City of Wichita, Kansas passed an ordinance entitled: AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY OF WICHITA, KANSAS TO ISSUE ITS MULTIFAMILY HOUSING REVENUE BONDS (MARKET CENTRE APARTMENTS) SERIES IV, 2025 FOR THE PURPOSE OF FINANCING A PORTION OF THE COSTS OF THE ACQUISITION, REHABILITATION, AND EQUIPPING OF A MULTIFAMILY APARTMENT COMPLEX; AND AUTHORIZING CERTAIN OTHER DOCUMENTS AND ACTIONS IN CONNECTION THEREWITH. The Ordinance authorizes the Issuer to issue its Multifamily Housing Revenue Bonds (Market Centre Apartments), Series IV, 2025 in the aggregate principal amount not to exceed $35,000,000, for the purpose of purpose of paying a portion of the costs of acquiring, rehabilitating, and equipping an apartment complex (the "Project"), as more fully described in the Indenture, the Base Lease Agreement, the Sublease Agreement, and in the Loan Agreement authorized by the Ordinance. The Project will be leased by the Issuer to Market Centre Apartments LP, a Kansas limited partnership.
