Notice of Filing and Publication of Salary and Compensation Schedule On September 25, 2025, the City of Olympia Independent Salary Commission filed the following Salary and Compensation Schedule for the positions of mayor, mayor pro-tem and councilmembers in accordance with Olympia Municipal Code Chapter 2.05: Mayor Annual Salary $32,007.19 Benefit Stipend $ 7,496.81 Total Compensation $39,504.00 Mayor Pro-Tem Annual Salary $29,339.68 Benefit Stipend $ 7,496.81 Total Compensation $36,836.49 Council Member Annual Salary $26,672.17 Benefit Stipend $ 7,496.81 Total Compensation $34,168.98 The salary increase includes a 3.8% COLA, commensurate with the COLA non-represented City employees received January 1, 2025.
