PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Carrboro Downtown Area Plan The Carrboro Town Council will hold a legislative public hearing on Tuesday, October 21, 2025, at 6:00 P.M., or as soon thereafter as it can be heard, in Room 110 Carrboro Town Hall to receive public comment on the draft Carrboro Downtown Area Plan. If adopted, the plan will guide policy decisions and priorities for future growth and infrastructure improvements in the downtown area and Jones Ferry Road corridor. Substantial changes to the proposed Downtown Area Plan may be made following the receipt of comments made at the public hearing.
