The Project consists of the installation of security gates with appurtenant electrical services and camera installation at the entrances into Silver Creek Preserve and Foley Park. This Invitation to Bid should not be construed as a commitment of any kind on the part of St. Clair County, nor does it commit St. Clair County to pay for any costs incurred in the submission of a bid package, nor for any costs incurred prior to the execution of a formal Agreement.
