PORT OF BELLINGHAM NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING 2026 PORT OF BELLINGHAM STRATEGIC BUDGET Citizens of Whatcom County are hereby notified pursuant to the laws of the State of Washington; the 2026 Preliminary Strategic Budget of the Port of Bellingham shall be prepared, on file and available to view online, Tuesday, October 14, 2025. Presentations and public hearings to receive public comment on the budget, proposed 2026 property tax levy, and use of same will be held on Tuesday, November 4, 2025 and Tuesday, November 18, 2025 at 4:00 pm, 1801 Roeder Avenue, Bellingham. 2026 Strategic Budget is scheduled to be formally adopted by the Port Commission on Tuesday, November 18, 2025, at the 4:00 pm meeting. Written comments will be accepted until 5:00 pm Monday, November 17, 2025. Those comments can be submitted to info@portofbellingham.com or mailed to PO Box 1677, Bellingham, WA 98227.
