NOTICE OF MEETINGS SOUTH-DADE VENTURE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT The Board of Supervisors of the South-Dade Venture Community Development District will hold their regularly scheduled public meetings for Fiscal Year 2026 at the Waterstone Bay Clubhouse, 1355 Waterstone Way, Homestead, FL 33033 at 4:00 p.m. on the fourth Thursday of each month as follows. October 23, 2025 November 20, 2025 (Exception) December 18, 2025 (Exception) January 22, 2026 February 26, 2026 March 26, 2026 April 23, 2026 May 28, 2026 June 25, 2026 July 23, 2026 August 27, 2026 September 24, 2026 There may be occasions when one or more Supervisors will participate by telephone. At the above location there will be present a speaker telephone so that any interested person can attend the meeting at the above location and be fully informed of the discussions taking place either in person or by telephone communication. These meetings are open to the public and may be continued to a time, date and place certain. Supervisors may attend the meeting by telephone as long as there is a quorum present at the meeting place. Any person wishing to receive a copy of the minutes of the meeting may contact Ben Quesada at (954) 721-8681. Each person who decides to appeal any action taken at these meetings is advised that person will need a record of the proceedings and that accordingly, the person may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, including the testimony and evidence upon which such appeal is to be based.
