NOTICE OF APPLICATION
Notice is hereby given that the City of Lacey received a Site Plan Review, Woodland District Review and Class IV Forest Practices/Land Clearing Permit on June 20 & September 11, 2025 for the following proposal:
Application # 25-0170: MJR Development proposes the construction of a tap-room, pickleball courts and associated open-space, landscaping and pedestrian walkways on three vacant parcels, totaling 1.62 acres, located in the Woodland Square area near 7th & College Street. The project encompasses Assessor's parcel numbers 84990000500, 84990000601& 84990000602. Located within a portion of Section 17, T18N, R1W.
On September 24, 2025, this application was deemed complete pursuant to RCW 36.70B.070. This determination of completeness means that the application is sufficient for continued review. Pursuant to WAC 197-11-355, the City of Lacey is using the Optional DNS process. The City of Lacey expects to issue a determination of nonsignificance (DNS) for this project. Anyone who wishes to make comment on this application m a y do so beginning October 3, 2025. Comments must be received no later than by 5p.m. on October 17, 2025.
