NOTICE TO BIDDERS
Notice is hereby given that the City of Blaine will receive sealed bids in the office of the City of Blaine Public Works Department, 435 Martin Street Suite 2000, Blaine, Washington, at 11:00 a.m., local time, on October 29, 2025, for the project hereinafter
referred to as:
Electrical Circuit 11
Upgrades Project
City Project No. 23PW12
The work to be performed under this Contract consists of furnishing all labor, tools, materials, and equipment necessary for the construction of the Circuit 11 Upgrades project (materials including vaults, lids, cable support hardware, conduit, cables, cable fittings, J-bars, grounding conductor, rods, and connectors, shall be supplied by City of Blaine Public Utility. Contractor shall be responsible to take delivery of materials at City of Blaine yard and line room and store materials safely during construction). Please allow 24 hours prior to pick-up. Bid package will be available for pickup from October 01st, 2025.
Pre-bid meeting: October 15, 2025, from 01:00 p.m. to 02:00 p.m. at 1200 Yew Avenue, Blaine.
The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive technicalities or irregularities, and accept any submittals if such action is determined to be in the best interest of the City.
